BT Exclusive Offer For Starting Phone Contract With EE

Hadnt logged in to MyBT for a while and was offered a great deal on s23 phone from EE with the additional offer of free galaxy buds 2 pro, exclusive to BT broadband customers.

After receiving phone  there is no mention of how to claim the galaxy buds that were offered.

 

How to claim the free galaxy buds 2 pro?

The info is on the same page, it states you don't claim, they get dispatched once outside the cooling off period:
