BT Mobile Account / BT Sport Add on

Long term BT broadband customer but have recently taken out a SIM only mobile contract.

When trying to manage my account online  i get the message 'Sorry, we can't get your account details at the moment'. Possibly an issue with linking the new mobile account to my existing account.

Also, with my new mobile account i have the option to Add on BT Sport on my mobile. When trying to log in on the app i receive the ID001 error code. Unsure if these errors are related.

You don't have to have 2 accounts, if you prefer they can be merged with your broadband account, that way it's only 1 direct debit but that's your choice.

For BT Sport to work, you have to order it before you can install the app and login, visit www.bt.com/sportonthego and follow the prompts.

Thanks, the 2 accounts are actually linked into 1. I just can't manage my mobile account when logging on.

Will give the link provided a try for BT sport
