BT Mobile - Add Data

Hi, I'm unable to add extra data to my BT Mobile accounts from either the app or website. When I click on "Add Data" it takes me to a page with the message :

"Sorry…Digital Voice is not available at this premises. For any queries, please contact the Digital Voice trial team, contact details are within the trial welcome pack."

It looks to me that the button links to the wrong page.
