We have very poor broadband at home, we have a package with 3 mobile phones with BT. However, my daughter, who is a key worker(Pharmacy) is using more data to keep in touch with works colleagues to ensure they cover vital areas of their work.
Is there any help from BT to increase the allowance in the current climate of COVID 19. I am account holder and now furloughed. We pay every month by direct debit, BT help would be very much appreciated. Reply via email please
