Placed an order on Sunday 28/04/19 for a handset upgrade to a Huawei P20 Lite. Should of been delivered yesterday 30/04/19 but nothing has turned up. Checked the order summary today and it still says awaiting dispatch, no phone serial or tracking number on the order. The exact same thing happened 6 months ago when I upgraded my other handset.
I'm sorry you haven't received the new handset. It sounds like there's been a problem processing the order (due to there being no tracking details) so your best bet would be to contact the sales desk who can check the order and advise on what happens next.
