I tried calling you back this afternoon but wasn't able to catch up with you.

I have received confirmation that everything should be sorted now and the reason for my call was to just double check with you.

Can you drop me a reply to let me know this is sorted now and if you're happy for me to go ahead and close the complaint?

Yes it seems to be working, thanks.
I'm currently in Portugal and the reception must be bad - I don't hear the call but I get a text to say someone called but didn't leave a message.
