I have a problem upgrading one of my phone contracts. The contract is coming to an end and I would like to upgrade. When I try to do it online, I click on the yellow 'Upgrade Now' button in the mobile section. I choose the new plan I want, proceed through an order screen and eventually get to an error because the system is incorrectly selecting a different mobile package to the one I am trying to upgrade. I tried calling the recommended sales number but the advice when I did that was not to call because all the lines are busy.
I have reproduced this on different browsers and indeed computers so this is not a caching/cookie issue.
