Don’t think they know what keeping in touch means, no updates. Been away for the last week and my wife and myself have no idea how much data we have used and if we have gone over the limit. Oh happy days. I think it’s a move back to 3.

Bump on this problem on wifes Samsung running Android 4.4.4

Any fixes possible?,  a new wifi fixed version is available via play store but NOT compatable with 4.4.4 ALSO why did it go wrong in the first place, was working fine

Sometimes these people need to learn - if it ain't broke DON'T fix it !!

I think it had to do with a change implemented  for BT Plus

This morning the BT Mobile app (Android) is showing the usage chart, although with zero use of Minutes, Texts and data -- and also zero limits!

The website no longer shows "SIM no longer in use" but shows the three bouncing balls(!)

Somthing is happening. Now they just need to get the data showing.

Nothing has changed for me yet on ios but hopefully it won't be too much longer now.

This has been an ongoing problem for over a month for us too, one phone of a family of 4 does not show online or on the app. We have spent hours on online chat and phone calls but every time the promises to resolve the issue are never fulfilled. Extremely frustrating and disappointing that BT are unable to resolve an apparently simple matter. Please add our account to the growing list of those with problems.
