BT Mobile number unavailable

I have a BT Mobile SIM, which works pefectly to any number I wish to call. Recently I got another BT Mobile SIM for my wife for her mobile. This too works perfectly. Then today for no reason I cannot call her from my mobile, error message 'Number Unavailable'.

I can call my home landline Ok. I can call my daughter on her mobile any any other number but not my wife.

Any possible reason for this sudden error.

Have you tried usual switch phone off and then on again?

Can your wife phone you mobile and if so is correct number displayed
