I have a problem again upgrading one of my phone contracts. The contract has come to an end and was wanting to upgrade to the 45Gb data plan with iPhone 7 for £40pm. When I try to do it online, I click on upgrade my mobile on the mobile number that is due for upgrade. Choose the new plan I want. Then I get an error message as it is not selecting the correct plan to upgrade. It is selecting a plan that is still locked into a contract until next year.
Ive been in contact with BT and no one seems to be able to sort it. Is some one from the mods able to look into this for me.
