For about a week or so now the bt mobile app and website will not show me (or my wife) how much data we've used n the current period.
Is this a wider issue or just on my account? - I just get an error 333 message or something like that. It isn't too major an issue for myself as I have a 20GB contract, but my wife is on 2GB and likely to get close to or up to her limit each month (especially if she might start using pokemon go!).
