Re: BT Mobile

How do older possibly non computer literate people deal with this process.

Whilst I would agree that BT have not been totally transparent over this, I rather resent the implication that older people might be more vulnerable. I'm probably a lot older than most of those who complain about BT here but they've never managed to get one over on me.

Re: BT Mobile

Apologies to pottyperson, it may not have been worded in the best way, I am no spring chicken either. What I was trying to say is that there is an element of the older generation who have no idea of how to use a computer. Yet BT expect them to log in and set up spend limits.

Re: BT Mobile

I'm not using a smart phone just an old mobile but was cerainly aware from everyday news about data limits so having read the T&C went into the settings & lowered it to the minimum.
I would never let a child have an unlimited mobile, my daughter had a pay as you go & she knew the monthly limit I allowed her.
