BT Mobile

BT Mobile once’s worked but now after repeatedly reloading the BT Mobile App without succcess, BT informed me to send data logs twice. That was a month ago and nothing heard back? Premium price for a poor service. Can anyone help?

Hi @NC3 sorry you are having a problem with the App for your BT Mobile account. Please contact the Mobile Chat Helpdesk and they will be able to update you on what is happening with your fault.

Thank you, mobile chat couldn’t help directed me to mobile.apps.support@bt.com. Unfortunately these are the people that over a period of 6 weeks have not responded. How do I proceed? Not impressed
