BT Plus and double data

Two family members have BT mobile accounts, both receiving the £5 discount, but one of these mobiles is being billed separately on a different account. I’m having BT Plus activated on the 3rd and would I be right to assume that this account won’t receive the double data? What would be the process of getting this other account merged into the main bill? Thanks.

Hi @GarethW

You need to speak to the mobile chat team to merge the accounts. It can take a few days, and you’ll need permission of both account holders. 

All mobiles need to be on the same account.
