I joined BT broadband a couple of months ago and my cashback didn't track properly. I currently have a manual claim going through for this. Yesterday I joined BT mobile yesterday and again the cashback for this did not track. Has anyone else had this issue? I have had other cashback track with no issue it just seems to be with BT and Quidco.

I'm sorry that you're having problems with your Quidco cashback tracking, I've sent you a Private Message with details on how you can get in contact with the mod team and we'll be happy to raise this with our promotions team.
Hi @jonmc1980 The promotions team have got back to me to confirm the Cashback for your broadband order has been authorised and will be in your cashback account within 30 days. They are still checking on your Mobile order and I'll update you on that as soon as I hear back on that one.

John is currently out of the office so I have taken over this case. We are still waiting to hear back about the mobile cashback so I have sent a "gentle nudge" asking for an update.
