BT REWARD CARD - UNABLE TO CLAIM

• I signed up to a new BT mobile contract in November 2019 and I am entitled to a £40 BT Reward Card but it is not showing on my account, I have followed all the correct links but it states there is no reward available.

I have used the live chat service but getting no where with those guys.

It would be good to know how I should progress this.

Sorry the date should say November 2019.....thus I have waited the 30 days & within the expiry date.
