I ordered a new sim card yesterday but the reward card amount shown in the email is £60 while the website showed £80 when I ordered. The website is still showing £80 for the sim I ordered.
Can I get this corrected?
Thanks. I definitely ordered the 100gb one with £80 reward card through the BT website itself.
There may have been an error on the email, its not unknown.
What I suggest you do is to wait until the 30 day cooling off period ends, then claim your reward on this site.
If it shows the incorrect amount, then one of the forum moderators will be able to sort this out if you post back here. They will be able to see what has been posted here.
