Re: BT sim abroad, the nightmare continues - any fix?

Hi @t8769,

I can understand your frustration and I'm sorry your BT Mobile hasn't been working while you were aboard. My colleagues in the BT Mobile team have got back to me to me to say that they believe they've fixed the issue.

If you're still in Thailand, please can you test the service and let me know if your mobile is working correctly?

I can see that you spoke to one of the mobile team earlier today and they've removed the roaming charges that appeared on your recent bill.

Thanks

PaddyB

Re: BT sim abroad, the nightmare continues - any fix?

Hello

Thanks for looking

Well they gave me some credit, and only after I called 3 times to find someone who would help. A manager refused to help at all, and I still owe £17 of roaming charge.

I would like to get this refunded too.

How can I be chargd for  alls when my phone is turned off?

I have been taking my phone overseas for 30 years, never had a charge for voicemail when the phone was turned off. Is this a new policy?

Can I get  full refund?

Thanks
