I have a problem accessing BT SmartTalk via my iPhone when at home, connected to my home BT wifi. I had been discussing with a customer representative from BT Mobile at length. Too technical for me, but on advice, we even changed and split out the wifi into 2, with no success.
I can use BT SmartTalk when connected to 4G or via any other wifi, including when abroad in Europe but NOT when at home!
BT Mobile were to investiget and revert but no comms since my last call before Easter 2018.
