I have recently moved to sim only after my contract ended.
The BT sport app was included in my previous package and my new SIM only one.
However, I can't see that this is active on my account online or on the package details itself.
My question is, is there anything I need to do to ensure it continues working or will I need to reapply for the access at some stage? Can anyone of the mods confirm it is active on my account and will stay on their unless the package is changed?
Does your new BT Mobile cost more than £20 per month or £15 if you have BT broadband discount ? if you qualify then it will continue to work after the regrade, no action needed.
