BT mobile abroad - unable to receive calls, send or receive messages


Due to the covid situation I am stranded abroad last three months and since Monday 25/05/2020 I cannot receive calls or send/ receive messages. I have to say that prior to Monday all was good.

I have been on the phone to BT operators where they have tried to reset the network settings on my phone and then manually switching to another carrier. This has worked momentarily (about a day) where I was able to send and receive messages but not receive calls.

They have also asked to switch my sim to another phone to try and and see if there is a faulty phone or sim. I did put my sim to another phone and the same issue happened therefore my sim works fine. Also, I don't think there is an issue with the sim I would not be able to make calls at all.

At the moment I am back to square one and I need to contact clients and have no idea what to do about it.

Can you please help?
