BT smart Talk

My BT smart Talk crashed sent detail to BT. They emailed me to say problem has been fixed and to download the app again. However it still won’t work. Spoke to 3 BT staff one knew nothing about BT Smart Talk. Then was told if you remove APP it takes 21 days before you can download it again.
Can anyone confirm if this is true. Thanks

Thanks for your post and welcome back!

Sorry for the problems you're having setting up Smart Talk.  You should be able to download the Smart Talk app more or less straight away, you don't have to wait 21 days to  download it again.

As you have been speaking with numerous people and you're still no further forward we will look into this for you from here to understand why you're having a hard time setting it up again.
