Blocked number text messages!

When I received a call from an unknown number PPI/Scams and I block the number, I'm now getting 1571 text messages saying this number called but left no message. So when I get 1, 2,3,4 or more message a day it's very annoying. How can I stop this?

iPhone 5s (iOS 12.2)

Hi @GrowlerBeale thanks for posting, I can appreciate that must be quite annoying for you. I'm afraid that there is no way to turn off the text message alerts when a call goes to voicemail but you can turn off voicemail completely by dialling 15710 from your mobile if its a feature you don't use.

15710 Turn voicemail off
15711 Turn voicemail on
