Bt Mobile

hi

I have recently moved to BT mobile. since the move on 8th march details are not showing in bt app. it says there is a temporary problem.

Also is there a way to combine both my landline/broadband account with my mobile account. As when i moved mobile it would not let me add to existing account due to an error within system.

You can ask for the accounts to be merged, this is handled by the sales support team on 0800 800 150.
The accounts will need to be in the same name, at the same address and a few other requirements like having no outstanding balance.
