Bt family sim package

I have two sims on my family package . I took another one this evening for myself . I got a pac number from Vodafone and BT says it’s wrong . I went back to Vodafone again and they have confirmed the pac code is 100% correct but BT still says it’s wrong . What do I do because I really need to keep my existing number ?

Re: Bt family sim package

Hi @sean1974, I'm sorry to see your pac code is not being accepted, is it in the correct format? The PAC is normally nine characters long (for example ABC123456)

If it's correct there may be an issue that will need to be investigated by Syniverse who hold the numbers on their database. The BT mobile helpdesk can raise these cases for investigation.

Hi @sean1974, the quickest way to raise this would be to speak with mobile connections on 0800 800 150. They will need to raise a case with Syniverse on your behalf.
