Bt sim not working

Ordered bt sim only but I got no signal/ service and when I go on my iPhone 6 and click general/about/network says sim not provisioned even though I have activated sim and got the email from bt,I tried resetting phone and starting a fresh also resetted network settings and a new sim but no luck so far No faults in area either
