Hi. I purchased a 2nd family sim, and inseted the PAC code for this number about a week ago. It was done to the wrong number, but the BT team fixed this issue, and put it to the correct number. This was about a week ago, however, a new problem has occured. I cannot change the BT settings for both of the numbers due to this message. I have contacted live chat, however they cannot help. This message has not changed, and I need this feature as I am going abroad soon. Any solutions? Thanks
You need to call the mobile team around 7.45am this normally gets you to a team that can be more helpful. it looks like your account needs a refresh on the netowrk. I had a similar experience when porting in from EE. I am not sure what they did but they messaged a manager and an hour later it was all up and running.
Ask for this to be passed to a manager if the agent cant help
