Cancellation Request not actioned

Hi,

 

I submitted a cancellation request on 12th November to cancel an order which I placed on 11th November, the order was for 2x BT Mobile SIM's which I believe I am legally entitled to cancel at any point during the 14 day cooling off period.

 

This I duly did, using the BT Order Cancellation Request form. The reference number is: xxxxxx-xxxxxx

 

Two days on, I am still awaiting the promised phone call from BT to confirm my cancellation request.

 

Can we action this now please?. Nothing has changed! I still wish to proceed with the cancellation.

If you need to cancel a service, it normally has to be done by a phone call, this is for security reasons so BT can verify that you are the account holder.

Hi @GarethDavies I can see your email form is with the BT Mobile team. If you are wanting to cancel and are near the 14 days then you would be best to call us on 0800 800 030 and speak with the COT team and they will be able to help.
