Have tried to add a sim to the two sims I already have with BT mobile family pack but keep getting the message "Sorry but there arn't any plans you can move to at this time". I can see this has been a problem for others but cannot find a solution.
Tried yesterday and today but no joy. I have no other open orders.

Hi @h3lp welcome to the forum and sorry that you can't move one another Sim over to the family sim package and checking that there were no open orders. You would need to call 0800 800 150 and speak with the BT Mobile team who will be able to help you with this.
