Cannot find the mobile data settings on iPhone SE

Hi, I recently chage from O2 and since the move, I seems to have lost the ability to either see or change the mobile data settings. Basically the option is totally gone.

Had to change the data setting when I was in France few months ago when I was still on O2 so I know the option was there. Just don’t want to have potential data roaming issues in the future if I ever want to change the settings.

According to the BT help page, you should be able to see or change the setting,  so could anyone help?

BTW I’ve already done a full reset on the phone but the option is still missing.

The APN settings for BT mobile are hidden by the network on an iPhone. 

You can check the data roaming setting in :

settings - mobile data - mobile data options 

and you can see the carrier version in :

Settings- general - about

The visibility of the APN settings is network specific. Bt choose to update the APN via the SIM

With iOS 12 the carrier settings is BT-C 33.00
