Cant reply with Y or N to Barclays Fraud txt from nymber 68989
My settings on my mobile account are all set to allow premium numbers etc and mobile (iPhone SE) has SMS & MMS enabled
I've never been able to do this in the 12 month I've been with BT and always have to call Barclays to unblock card when it happens. Surely there must be a fix to this

Hi @ropper1975, welcome to the community and thanks for posting, do you have a zero limit spend cap? If so try changing it to £5 in MyBT as that may be the issue.
Thanks changed it to £2.50 and its worked. The amount of time wasted on live chat trying to sort it with'experts' and it was this all along
