Can someone help to explain why I have been charged for roaming calls from my UK BT mobile whilst travelling in Portugal?
I am on a SIM only plan, and the calls are from my UK BT number to another standard UK mobile number. I have unlimited calls as part of my plan and have ‘roam like home’.
I was not charged for anything else even though I was using roaming data etc.
