Just got a new phone. In the interim I used the SIM in my ipad to access mobile data. Inserted SIM into new phone and it displays BT and full signal, however I can't receive/make calls or texts. I checked my account and it still showed my sim as being used in ipad. I therefore followed instructions for a new mobile and ordered a replacement SIM. SIM arrived yesterday, inserted in phone and same issue occurred. Waited over 3 hours and situation same. Logged into account and it still showed SIM linked to Ipad. Have double checked iPad settings and can confirm there is no SIM lock on. Spoke to online team who told me issue would be resolved over night, but problem remains this morning. Can any help with this?
