Deposit by phone bill

Hello can somebody tell me bt has stopped direct mobile billing? I used to be able able to deposit via pay by mobile with the likes of mfortune pockitwin ect but it keeps coming back an error message.

Welcome and thanks for your post!

Are you trying to deposit to the third party through your BT phone bill?  It's not something I have heard of before but I think I know what you mean now from a quick google search.

What is the error message you're getting?  Have you tried reaching out to the third party to check there aren't any restrictions on your account?

It just says the network have declined the payment. I use to be able to deposit via phone bill but it seems bt have stopped this as I've tried on a number of sites and have all been declined
