Don Webster - A shining star of customer service in a mire of mediocrity
I won't go in the details of 6 weeks of hell with BT customer service in trying to transfer mobiles from one account to another and being told it was completely impossible but today I was fortunate enough to be put through to Don Webster (Cardiff or Swansea, I was so amazed I forgot which).
A man who is polite, personable and actually very good at his job. When I told him my problem he said it was simply a case of asset migration, a bit tricky but he would do his best. When I told him that everryone else at BT had said it was impossible he replied that it was "only impossible if i can't do it".
Ten minutes later the job was done. Thanks Don you really are a star.
