Double Data - Family Plan

Hi All,

We've had BT Mobiles fro around 5 years now on a Sim Only basis and pay £15 each per month (3 of us)

We had Halo a few years back but the benifits just weren't good for us, so we got transferred back to the fibre 1 plan.

Ive just noticed than my Sim only data is set at 20gb per month but my wife and daughters is still at 40gb, this goes back to nearly a year ago when looking at old bills...

Is this a simple error on BT's part by not removing their double allowance or should I still be on 40gb like them?

Obviously for £15 a month no I would get 30gb with BT mobile if I change plan but wondered if I was want to be entitle to 40gb?

Cheers

Re: Double Data - Family Plan

Sounds more like a data integrity issue, the double data 20GB to 40GB should of been removed from all the mobiles, the order hasn't completed correctly leaving extra data that shouldn't be on, BT do account sweeps to find these things and next regrade will definately remove them, you can also call 150 or 0800 800 150 to have this corrected.
