I receive double data with my BT mobile for being a Halo customer, however my wife’s BT mobile has stopped the double data and has now reverted to single data for some reason. This has happened previously and I phoned for it to be sorted on that occasion (which it was), however it has now happened again and I am mindful that the phone lines to BT are currently busy with more important calls than mine due to the current circumstances of COVID-19, but wondered if anyone could help/advise further on here?
Is this on a Family Sim Plan ? if not, it may be worth converting to one, all SIMs in the plan would then get the same allowances
I rang them on 0800 800 150 and they merged two seperate SIM plans into a Family Sim for me, no change of numbers or anything like that.
