Ok so the my plan section of the website says I'm due a mobile upgrade so I click "upgrade now" and it just takes me to a standard page like I never signed in... Happens every time on mobile , app, and my desktop pc

Welcome and thanks for posting. Sorry you can't make any changes online. It sounds like an account issue so we'll need to get that looked into. Can you give us a call on 0800 800 150?

I get nag emails that my mobile contract will end but offers sim card only deals.
Going into my account I get the same issue as PavlosUK.
I'll ring 150 then......
