I have tried calling you this afternoon. I'm sorry that you haven't had a mobile signal at home since April. That is a long time and must be so frustrating
The reason for my call was to let you know that I have picked up your case and I have contacted a colleague to try and get some further info on the fault. As soon as I receive word back from them I'll give you a shout. This will probably be next week at this stage.
