Family SIM invite BTMobile Customer Failure Please HELP!

Hi, I have a BTMobile account with A Family SIM contract. 3 SIMs are on the successfully on the contract. I wish to INVITE another SIM, my wife, who is also a BTMobile customer. We follow the "Invite someone to your BT Family SIM" steps, and my wife does receive the INVITE email.

However, when she follows the link in the email we get.

Sorry, we can't find your invite at the moment. Please try again later

On my Manage SIMs options, I get

You've already sent an invite to this number. If you want re-send it, you'll need to cancel the invite and start again.

I have cancelled the invite and resent 4 times over the past 3 weeks - with the same results, so no success.

The helpdesk have been unable to reseolve this problem.

Please HELP!

Kind Regards - Paul

Re: Family SIM invite BTMobile Customer Failure Please HELP!

Just changed to family sim and regretting it all ready. Took 2 weeks and 3 attempts to get me 1 working Sim. They are trying to charge me for 4 instead of 3. Have the package codes for my 2 main numbers so hopefully down to 1 Sim for the next 11 months and then bye bye bt completely forever including EE. Will never use a bt service land line or broadband ever again. 11 months and counting. Can't wait.

Re: Family SIM invite BTMobile Customer Failure Please HELP!

Yes the famly sim seems a bit of a shambles.  Tried to change my sim to a family sim and then invite my wife - currently I pay £10  a month but they wanted to charge me £20 a month for mine, and £19 for my wifes, with no option to choose which package. Having read the comments here glad I didn't pursue it any further
