Family Sim Activation

I recently ordered 4 x Family Sims for my family to use. I have received the sims &  activated them via the website.  

 I received the activation email(s) for the sims. 

However, when i go to place a call, it just forwards me to a message saying i need to go online to activate my sims. It's wierd, i am connected to BT on the phones, so thats working, and i have also received text messages from BT.

Other than that, i can't do anything else. This has been like this since yesterday, and is happening on all the sims.  Any ideas? Surely activation shouldn't be taking this long??

Hi @darkcognitive

 

Activations can take upto 24 hours but normally much sooner. Have you checked the myBTmobile webpage to see if all the sims show active? 

You maybe best checking with the mobile chat team BT Mobile Chat

Yep, alll sims are showing as activated on my mobile page.

It's been over 24 hours now, but i'll give it until tonight and then maybe try contacting them.
