I recently ordered 4 x Family Sims for my family to use. I have received the sims & activated them via the website.
I received the activation email(s) for the sims.
However, when i go to place a call, it just forwards me to a message saying i need to go online to activate my sims. It's wierd, i am connected to BT on the phones, so thats working, and i have also received text messages from BT.
Other than that, i can't do anything else. This has been like this since yesterday, and is happening on all the sims. Any ideas? Surely activation shouldn't be taking this long??
