Family Sims open order and unable to activate

Hi, I am seeking assistance on my order for 4 family sims , which was placed on 17th July, I have recieved 3 out of 4 sims and the 4th sim is holding up the order. I have called in 3 times now and told about a backlog.  I need this sorting ASAP as I have 3 teenagers who are driving me insane.  Please see following, and thanks in advance.

Hi @Bilibong

I’m afraid they create a request for the order to be closed and it takes upto 7 working days it seems 

keep checking with mobile chat.
