I have 2 different rolling contracts for sim only deals already. I want to get a family sim deal for 3 of us instead, do I need to cancel the other ones first or will there be an assumption that the new contract will take over?

Hi @Cmoffatt no you don't need to cancel the other ones first, as you have two sims already that aren't on a family sim plan I'd recommend chatting with the sales team on 0800 800 150 they'll be able to order you a new family sim and transfer over the existing sims.
