Faulty mobile

I have a Samsung Galaxy A40, on contract until June 2021. My phone appears to be faulty as it keeps switching itself off randomly and will only partially charge most of the time. Would i be able to get an upgrade for my phone before the end of the contract?

Hi @TB68,

Thank you for posting. I'm sorry your Samsung Galaxy A40 has gone faulty. If it's less than two years since you got the phone it will be still covered under the Samsungs warranty. 

If you give the Mobile team a call on 0800 800 150 they should be able to help you get that handset repaired.
