Free JBL Headphones - Not recieved

Hi, I renewed by BT mobile contract on 03/01/20 & as part of the deal i was meant to receive some free JBL headphones. I've still not received these & haven't heard from BT to  say they've been dispatched. Who should i contact to chase these? Thanks.

Welcome to this user forum.

At the end of the 30 day cooling off period, an order is sent to the BT Shop, who will then dispatch your gift within 30 days. You will then receive a tracking email.

I believe there may be a supply shortage.

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

Thanks, so the 60 days will be up tomorrow. If i don't receive it by then who should i contact?
