Ive been wondering how long it takes for the free headphones to be despatched. I took out the sim only plan the end of August. Phoned up on 20th October to be told that I would receive an email within 5 days to find out when im getting them and still no word.
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread. They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
After getting a phone call from BT to apologise for the delay I was informed that the last roll out of headphones was done on the 24th Oct and it would take 30 days for my order to come through and ive still not received them or heard anything.
I can see my colleague @DavidM picked up your case and is keeping an eye on this for you. He has it scheduled in to follow up with you again next week to check that the headphones have arrived.
