I took out a new family SIM contract which had the free JBL Bluetooth speaker offer on 06/11/19 and the SIM has been activated and is being used. However, I have not received any email to claim my speaker or any update in relation to this matter. How do I go about chasing this up?

You have to be outside of the 30 day cancellation period first.
An order is then sent to the BT Shop by BT, and they will dispatch the speaker to you within 30 days. So yours should be being processed at the moment.
