I find it hard to say in words how bad BT communication network between colleuges is so bad.If communication is BT profession why am i getting the wrong info off different people.

I took out two 15GB sim contracts last month but haven't received any speakers whatsoever, are mine on the way?
Ive waited 25 days and still nothing. So i got the highest executive level to look into it . Gonna get it next week or bill credit if need be.
I'm also in the same boat as Lloyd so I would imagine they will now sorting everyone out as I'm sure they don't want that kid of hassle at the top.
