Good signal but bad connection.

Voice and data have been terrible for weeks and getting worse. A BT/EE mast is 500m away. Many people complain of poor service. It WAS so good. Phones show a good signal: the problem seems to be the other side of the system. Tried reporting but not easy. Any ideas?

@sheryck I'm sorry to see you're having issues with your BT Mobile service.  Your best bet to get this sorted is to contact the BT Mobile chat team on this link.

Thanks. Have had success with Chat in the past but this time no help at all. 150 was successful though.
