Help. Stuck order?

I was due delivery of my handset today (well so it says) placed the order Monday and it's still showing awaiting confirmation.
I've called and live chatted countless times and nobody can seem to help me? Live chat gentleman on Tuesday advised me it would 100% be delivered today. Very unhappy

Hi @Frankkeenan1957 Sorry you had a problem with the delivery of your BT Mobile order.

If you are still awaiting delivery of your BT Mobile then please contact the Mobile orders team on 0800 800 150.  They are open Monday to Friday 8am - 9pm, Saturday 8am - 8pm, and Sunday 9am - 6pm
